Ghosts are dying out because they only exist for 100 years say paranormal experts Hello every1 Paranormal expert Brian Sterling-Vete suggests that ghosts, like humans, may have a "limited lifespan." His research indicates that many supposedly haunted locations have seen a decline in ghost sightings, with most apparitions reported to be less than 100 years old. Sterling-Vete, who leads the worldβs first Paranormal Rescue service, analysed data for over a decade in his Project Half-Life study. He noted, βIt was shocking to find that famous ghosts are becoming less frequent, almost as if they're fading away.β He links this phenomenon to the second law of thermodynamics, which states that energy deteriorates over time, arguing that ghosts may similarly run out of energy. One ghost who is still active is that of Sir Winston Churchill, reportedly haunting the womenβs restroom of the Queen Mary in California. Ghost expert Brocarde claims she encountered the apparition of Churchill there, describing an overwhelming sensation of fear and a thick mist that filled the restroom. She rushed out after seeing a figure resembling the former Prime Minister, cigar in hand. I give the following link to the news paper article Daily StarIt's an interesting theory, but it doesn't account for phenomena experienced in the same location over much longer periods than just a century. π» A more plausible explanation is that the general population is becoming less sensitive to their surroundings. I don't agree. Even if a ghost has a life span, people die daily. And if anything I think there would be more ghosts because our world is a lot angrier these days.

Hello, how could a ghost simply run out of energy it must be going somewhere you cannot create or destroy energy so it must be transformed into something else.

Hello TheOverSeer , justbec and every1, I've been digging deeper into this tale, and itβs rather intriguing! The theory goes that spooks, spirits, and ghosts are a bit like batteries. Some of them last for centuries, much like those fancy batteries you splurge on from posh supermarkets. Meanwhile, others are more akin to the dodgy ones you pick up from the pound/dollar store, a couple of taps or a bit of flying cutlery, and poof! They vanish quicker than your last packet of biscuits at tea time! Regards February
